In the heart of the small town of Vire, this carefully decorated house welcomes you for a comfortable stay. You'll appreciate its many and varied relaxation areas: home cinema lounge, covered outdoor lounge, reading room with loveuse armchair or hanging armchair. The kitchen, enclosed by workshop-style skylights, adds a contemporary touch. The living room and well-exposed terrace open onto an exceptional view of Vire and the countryside. The landscaped garden will delight you with its space, pathways and Zen garden. You're just a few minutes' walk from the shops and restaurants of the town center, the train station and 5 minutes from the aquatic center for swimming. The region is ideal for hiking and discovering local Normandy produce: andouille sausages, cheeses and other dairy products, apple products, etc. The sea is 1 hour away, either in Granville or on the Côte de Nacre.
Detached house on the property. The garden level comprises a bedroom (1 double bed 160x200cm) with bathroom (double washbasin and large shower), separate toilet, laundry room and recreation room (home cinema lounge, table soccer and bar). The first floor (1st floor garden side, ground floor street side) comprises a large living room (dining room, TV lounge and kitchen area), 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160x200cm and 2 twin beds 80x200cm), bathroom (shower, bath and double washbasin), wc with washbasin. The attic floor has been converted into a reading room with armchairs. Two additional beds are available at extra cost (folding beds). Internet, Internet TV, sports channels and Netflix. Covered outdoor living room, terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. Electric gate, parking for 4 vehicles, garage. Enclosed garden shared with owners with several relaxation areas. Bed linen provided, towels for hire. Heating costs included.

Bonjour et bienvenue au gîte La Belle Vue ! Nous avons ouvert en octobre 2019 cette maison de famille entièrement rénovée. Il y a 22 ans, j'ai dû quitter mon métier d'aide soignante, pour raison professionnelle de mon mari, puis a la suite je suis restée mère au foyer. Maintenant que les enfants sont grands , je voulais créer quelque chose pour moi et l'idée de créer ou rénover un gite m'est venue pour avoir du contact, apporter des échanges, des idées de sorties aux hôtes, de curiosités, de gastronomie et un plaisir réel d'accueillir les différents touristes et entreprises de France et d'Europe. J'aime recevoir et partager, alors à très bientôt !

Fantastic holiday
5/5La Belle Vue is a fantastic 3-bedroom gite in Vire. Located just up the hill from the town centre, it's 5 minutes walk to the bars, restaurants and shops.
The house is very comfortable, with 3 large rooms to sleep 6 people in total. The kitchen has everything you need, the living room has lovely views across Normandy, the bonus chill-out area at the top of the house is a great addition. The huge cinema room (and bar) on the ground floor is also a brilliant entertainment space.
There are lots of seating areas in the garden, plenty of parking, and the games room with table tennis, darts and punchbag were excellent.

5/5Un endroit idyllique surprenant zen la campagne à la ville sans vis a vis.. des soleils couchants magnifiques (selon saison evidemment)commerces à pied des extérieurs ombrages et ensoleillés des petits coins en solo ou duo ou un espace pelouse détente ou jeux l intérieur du gîte est à la même image espace détente ou home cinéma avec baby foot et bar pour de bons moments le soir et enfin un accueil chaleureux des hôtes disponibles bon vous l avez compris hautement recommandable à tous tres jeunes jeunes et moins jeunes...pour finir MERCI COLETTE !!!!

5/5Accueil tres chaleureux de la part de la propietaire. Tres attentive a nos besoins.
Maison tres spacieuse et pratique, avec totes les comodites possibles. Le jardin est magnifique avec toutes sortes de plantes et d' arbustos.

5/5Gîte spacieux, très lumineux, avec vue exceptionnelle sur le bocage, et très calme en centre ville de VIRE. Centre ville accessible à pied.
Home cinéma spacieux et très confortable, baby foot. Salon de lecture. Salle de jeux avec table de ping pong, punching ball, jeu de fléchettes etc...
Jardin avec table et chaises.
Terrasse avec barbecue, table, chaises, parasol.

5/5Très agréable séjour pour nous dans ce gîte où tout est au superlatif. Lumineux, propre, bien agencé, parfaitement situé (à proximité du centre-ville), confortable, décoré avec goût... rien n'a été oublié. Le jardin, bien entretenu, tout en couleur, est un havre de paix, avec de petits recoins pour s'abriter du soleil ou, au contraire, le rechercher... selon la météo.
Nous avons notamment visité Saint-Malo et le Mont-Saint-Michel, mais aussi Vire et son musée. Il nous reste donc à découvrir plein d'autres lieux... plus proches. Et cela tombe bien, car on a très envie de revenir dans ce gîte de la Belle Vue !- Cleanliness 5/5
