In the heart of the small town of Vire, this carefully decorated house welcomes you for a comfortable stay. You'll appreciate its many and varied relaxation areas: home cinema lounge, covered outdoor lounge, reading room with loveuse armchair or hanging armchair. The kitchen, enclosed by workshop-style skylights, adds a contemporary touch. The living room and well-exposed terrace open onto an exceptional view of Vire and the countryside. The landscaped garden will delight you with its space, pathways and Zen garden. You're just a few minutes' walk from the shops and restaurants of the town center, the train station and 5 minutes from the aquatic center for swimming. The region is ideal for hiking and discovering local Normandy produce: andouille sausages, cheeses and other dairy products, apple products, etc. The sea is 1 hour away, either in Granville or on the Côte de Nacre.
Detached house on the property. The garden level comprises a bedroom (1 double bed 160x200cm) with shower room (double washbasin and large shower), separate wc, laundry room and recreation room (home cinema lounge, table soccer and bar). The first floor (1st floor garden side, ground floor street side) comprises a large living room (dining room, lounge and kitchen area), 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160x200cm and 2 twin beds 80x200cm), bathroom (shower, bath and double washbasin), wc with washbasin. The attic floor has been converted into a reading room with armchairs. Two extra beds available at extra cost (folding beds). Covered outdoor living room, terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. Shared garden with the owners, with several relaxation areas.

Bonjour et bienvenue au gîte La Belle Vue ! Nous avons ouvert en octobre 2019 cette maison de famille entièrement rénovée. Il y a 22 ans, j'ai dû quitter mon métier d'aide soignante, pour raison professionnelle de mon mari, puis a la suite je suis restée mère au foyer. Maintenant que les enfants sont grands , je voulais créer quelque chose pour moi et l'idée de créer ou rénover un gite m'est venue pour avoir du contact, apporter des échanges, des idées de sorties aux hôtes, de curiosités, de gastronomie et un plaisir réel d'accueillir les différents touristes et entreprises de France et d'Europe. J'aime recevoir et partager, alors à très bientôt !

Violette En ville et au calme
Gite très bien équipé entouré d'un jardin d'un côté. A cause du temps on n'a pas pu profiter de la belle terrasse mais on a adoré la belle vue du séjour sur la ville. On se trouve au calme quoi que les commerces soient tout proches.

Having been using gites for many years this is by far the best we have stayed in. Colette has carried out an incredible restoration of the house to provide clean, comfortable and spacious accommodation. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with quality appliances. Outside the landscaped garden provides both sunny and shady seating areas as well as secure parking. Panoramic views over Vire and beyond from the lounge, dining room and the large patio. The centre of Vire with its bars restaurants and shops is a few minutes walk away. Superb market on Friday mornings. As well as documenting the history of the renovations, which you should be sure to read, Colette provides lots of tourist information for the Vire area and kept us informed of local events during our stay. We cannot recommend too highly.

NSEE Fantastic holiday
La Belle Vue is a fantastic 3-bedroom gite in Vire. Located just up the hill from the town centre, it's 5 minutes walk to the bars, restaurants and shops.
The house is very comfortable, with 3 large rooms to sleep 6 people in total. The kitchen has everything you need, the living room has lovely views across Normandy, the bonus chill-out area at the top of the house is a great addition. The huge cinema room (and bar) on the ground floor is also a brilliant entertainment space.
There are lots of seating areas in the garden, plenty of parking, and the games room with table tennis, darts and punchbag were excellent.
