In a quiet location, on a large property where you can discover a crayfish stream, this studio offers a warm interior, all in harmony of colors and materials. Access is via an attractive wooden staircase, typical of the houses in the Pays d'Auge region. Hélène will be happy to advise you on your visits, and you'll be 10 minutes from Honfleur, 20 minutes from Le Havre via the Pont de Normandie and 20 minutes from Deauville. There are many Hiking trails in the area, including the route de la vallée d'Ingres.

This Holiday cottage is on the first floor of a farmhouse with access via outside stairs. The farmhouse contains 2 other Holiday cottages (3146 and 3223). It is located on a large property with the owners' house and another Holiday cottage (3346). This studio comprises a large attic living room with a dining table, open-plan kitchen, sitting room with TV and 2 armchairs, sleeping area (1 bed 160x200cm), bathroom with WC (note: bathtub under slope difficult to access). Private wooden terrace on first floor with garden table and deckchairs. Parking on the property near the Holiday cottage. Extensive enclosed grounds of 6,000m² with shared games and facilities: petanque pitch, swing, soccer goal, BBQ, animals (chickens and rabbits).

    Merci beaucoup

    Merci aux propriétaires pour leur gentillesse.
    Nous avons passé un agréable séjour avec mon copain pour nos premières vacances.
    Le gîte est bien équipé, bien qu'il n'y ait pas de lave-vaisselle ni de lave-linge, ce qui n'est pas très grave étant donné qu'il y a une laverie à 10 min. De plus, les animaux qui sont dans la cour du gîte sont très mignons et sont venus nous voir quand on s'est approché.

    Nous recommanderons ce logement à des personnes en couple qui voudraient découvrir Honfleur et ses environs ? .

    Très bon séjour

    Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Le seul bémol concerne la hauteur des poutres au-dessus de la baignoire et du lit, ainsi que celle de la porte d'entrée du gîte. Le matelas était trop ferme pour nous.
    Je recommande pour découvrir les environs.

    Un magnifique séjour

    Nous avons passés un très bon séjour au sein de L’Atypique. L’accueil est chaleureux et le logement est idéalement situé. Le cadre est calme et reposant. Nous avons adoré découvrir la Normandie. Nous recommandons ce logement ainsi que les hôtes.

    très bon séjour au Gîte Du Val

    Gite spacieux , pratique et confortable avec terrasse en plein cadre champêtre. Seul bémol, la baignoire-douche qui n'est pas très ergonomique.

    Séjour Normand au calme

    Très bon séjour à la campagne dans le calme mais proche de la ville et de la mer donc nous avons le choix
    L'accueil est parfait la propriétaire est à l'écoute.
