In a quiet location, on a large property where you can discover a crayfish stream, this studio offers a warm interior, all in harmony of colors and materials. Access is via an attractive wooden staircase, typical of the houses in the Pays d'Auge region. Hélène will be happy to advise you on your visits, and you'll be 10 minutes from Honfleur, 20 minutes from Le Havre via the Pont de Normandie and 20 minutes from Deauville. There are many Hiking trails in the area, including the route de la vallée d'Ingres.

This holiday cottage is located on the upper floor of a farmhouse and is accessed via an outdoor staircase. The farmhouse contains two other holiday cottages (3146 and 3223). It is situated on a large property that includes the owners’ home and another holiday cottage (3346). It is a studio consisting of a large attic-style living room with a high table, an open kitchen, a sitting area (2 armchairs), a sleeping area (1 bed 160x200cm), and a bathroom with a toilet (note: bathtub under a sloped ceiling, difficult to access). Private wooden deck on the ground floor with a garden table and lounge chairs. Vast 6,000 m² property with shared games and amenities: pétanque court, swing, soccer goal, barbecue, animals (chickens and rabbits).
