In a quiet location, on a large property where you can discover a crayfish stream, this studio offers a warm interior, all in harmony of colors and materials. Access is via an attractive wooden staircase, typical of the houses in the Pays d'Auge region. Hélène will be happy to advise you on your visits, and you'll be 10 minutes from Honfleur, 20 minutes from Le Havre via the Pont de Normandie and 20 minutes from Deauville. There are many Hiking trails in the area, including the route de la vallée d'Ingres.

This Holiday cottage is on the first floor of a farmhouse with access via outside stairs. The farmhouse contains 2 other Holiday cottages (3146 and 3223). It is located on a large property with the owners' house and another Holiday cottage (3346). This studio comprises a large attic living room with a dining table, open-plan kitchen, sitting room with TV and 2 armchairs, sleeping area (1 bed 160x200cm), bathroom with WC (note: bathtub under slope difficult to access). Private wooden terrace on first floor with garden table and deckchairs. Parking on the property near the Holiday cottage. Extensive enclosed grounds of 6,000m² with shared games and facilities: petanque pitch, swing, soccer goal, BBQ, animals (chickens and rabbits).
