A holiday cottage attached to the owner’s home, located on a 12-hectare property that includes 2 Bed and breakfast rooms (reference no. 5770) and another holiday cottage (ref. 3215). Ground floor: living room with sitting area and large fireplace, kitchen (no oven), 1 bedroom for 2 people (1 160-cm bed) with en suite bathroom and toilet, shower room, toilet. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (2 140 cm beds and 2 90 cm beds). Garden with outdoor furniture. On-site Fishing in the pond (no-kill policy; carp, eels, perch, roach) and playground equipment for Kids. In a separate shared building: Wellbeing area with a heated indoor pool (10x4m, depth 1.40 m), Sauna, Spa (private Spa available for a fee—€10/hour), and shower (open from April 8 to November 11). Bathroom linen is never provided.

pollyanna Large gite in beautiful surroundings
We are a family of 7 and stayed at the gite for 9 nights. The gite is set in beautiful grounds and it was so peaceful. The gite itself is very large, so there was plenty of space for us all. The gite is very old and has thick stone walls but also stone steps leading to the upstairs rooms, so please be careful with children and those with low mobility. There is also a double bedroom downstairs, though. The host was welcoming and very knowledgeable on the area. The heated pool was lovely and we took many walks in the grounds and saw butterflies, cats and donkeys. Our 3 year old loved going to visit the donkeys. Nearby is Falaise and the William the Conqueror castle is well worth a visit. Caen and Argentan are also only a short drive away.
We all really enjoyed our stay and we were sad to come home.- Cleanliness

Bene Superbe séjour!
Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans le gîte.
Il est parfait pour passer un bon moment en famille. Les enfants ont bien profité de la piscine et de l'exterieur qui est juste sublime! Un moment de bonheur !

Isabelleb Nous avons passé un excellent week-end
Accueil du propriétaire très agréable, bienveillant,à l'écoute sans s'imposer. Il y a suffisamment d'espace pour un groupe de 6 personnes. On a beaucoup apprécié le spa et la piscine chauffée. Le jardin est magnifique. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la préparation du bois par le propriétaire pour faire un feu de cheminée le soir de notre arrivée. Merci beaucoup d'avoir contribué à notre bien-être.

X gîte pittoresque
gîte pittoresque où nous avons passé quelques jours de détente. Le parc est magnifique avec son lac , ses sous-bois, il faut en faire le tour absolument!!
La piscine et le sauna sont très agréables
