Holiday cottage adjoining the owners' home, in a 12-hectare property with 2 bed and breakfast rooms (ref. no. 5770) and another gîte (ref. 3215). First floor: living room with sitting area and large fireplace, kitchen (no oven), 1 bedroom for 2 (1 x 160 cm bed) with en-suite bathroom (bath) and WC, shower room, WC. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (2 beds 140 cm and 2 beds 90 cm). Garden with garden furniture. Fishing on site and games for Kids. In a separate shared building: Wellbeing area with heated indoor swimming pool (10x4m), sauna, Spa (fee payable for private use - €10/hour) and shower (open from April 8 to November 11).

Mi Des vacances reposantes dans un cadre serein
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le cadre est reposant. La piscine est un réel plus après une journée de visites ou lors des chaudes journées. Les enfants se sont amusés comme des fous en faisant le tour de la propriété... Il faudra être vigilant avec des plus jeunes enfants car il y a deux étangs qui ne sont pas protégés. La demeure a son charme et le gîte est spacieux. Il faut savoir apprécier l'ancien (sauf pour les salles de bains qui sont complètement neuves). Les pièces du bas sont assez sombres mais c'est ce qui rend le lieu authentique et est très appréciable quand il fait fort chaud dehors. Il y a de nombreuses visites à réaliser autour pour ceux qui aiment la nature et l'histoire... La plage est à 45 minutes... De quoi contenter tout le monde...

Antonio Very good Gite near Falaise
The gite was excellent, 4 good sized bedrooms with a lovely lounge, dining room, kitchen and fire place.
Morgan the owner was very helpful with information and recommendations of the area, daily he would tell us about days out or restaurants.
The swimming pool and jacuzzi/sauna is vey good, our children and adults really enjoyed this.
The gardens and lakes are beautiful, there are many different bird species and the Donkeys were and added attraction for the children.

Flo Week-end en famille
Très belle propriété avec son château, parc et piscine, c'est incroyable. Le propriétaire est gentil et serviable. Très belle région. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Je recommande.
