Situated 1km from the beach at Graye-sur-Mer and the center of Courseulles (shops, restaurants, seaside activities), this charming stone village house perfectly combines authenticity and modern comfort. The courtyard, to be shared with the owners (who will be very discreet during your stay), is bathed in sunshine and flowers and will be a very pleasant place to relax.

Holiday cottage adjoining the owner's home. First floor: living room with fitted kitchen and sitting area (sofa: possibility of additional bed), shower room with WC. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds). Shared washing machine in annex. Shared courtyard with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. 4 adult bicycles available.

Gîte au calme mais proche de la mer et de la station de Courseulles-sur-Mer par un petit sentier. Nous y avons passé une belle semaine en famille.

Propriétaire sympathique et discret.
Beau gite typiquement normand en pierre de Caen très agréable à vivre et confortable proche des plages de Graye sur mer et des commerces de Courselles.
