Situated 1km from the beach at Graye-sur-Mer and the center of Courseulles (shops, restaurants, seaside activities), this charming stone village house perfectly combines authenticity and modern comfort. The courtyard, to be shared with the owners (who will be very discreet during your stay), is bathed in sunshine and flowers and will be a very pleasant place to relax.

Holiday cottage adjoining the owner's home. First floor: living room with fitted kitchen and sitting area (sofa: possibility of additional bed), shower room with WC. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds). Shared washing machine in annex. Shared courtyard with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. 4 adult bicycles available.

    Vacances en famille

    Gite fonctionnel et au calme à quelques minutes de la mer en vélo et idéalement situé pour découvrir les plages du débarquement.
    Un seul petit bémol, l'absence de volet et de rideau dans la petite chambre. C'est d'autant plus dommage que le réverbère de la rue est juste au dessus de la fenêtre.
