Bonjour Monsieur Spano, pouvez-vous vous présenter ?
Je m'appelle Paul, j'ai 27 ans et je suis réceptionniste dans une résidence de tourisme. Si j'ai créé un gîte, c'est avant tout dans l'objectif de promouvoir le tourisme, et plus particulièrement le tourisme sur mon île.
Où se situent vos hébergements ?
Mes locations se trouvent toutes les deux à Lumio, en Balagne.Cette localisation est un point de chute idéal pour organiser des vacances, et elle me permet d'aiguiller les touristes vers de nombreuses visites comme par exemple les villages belvédères, accrochés à la montagne. A proximité immédiate, il y a aussi Calvi, l'Île-Rousse ainsi que la route des Artisans, qui font de la région une destination très prisée.

5/5Die Familie Spano ist super freundlich, hiilfsbereit und jederzeit für einen da. Die Wohnung ist super sauber, bietet allen Komfort incl Nespressomaschine und die Terrasse ist spitzenmäßig mit einem großartigen Blick über die gesamte Bucht von Calvi. Die Lage zu den besten Stränden der Umgebung ist auch sehr gut ( 3 min zu Mata Hari) mit dem Auto.

5/5très bel appartement bien ensoleillé en hiver avec une vue superbe, très spacieux, bien agencé, il ne manque rien, l'accueil de la propriétaire est vraiment super, communication en amont au top aussi, c'était la semaine de noel, donc appartement très bien décoré et avec plein de belles attentions, un grand merci encore à Barbara pour tout, on reviendra surement car c'était idéal pour cette semaine de décembre pour se ressourcer, hyper calme, bien situé, tout était parfait !

5/5Ce gîte est parfait: bien placé entre Calvi et l'Ile Rousse avec une vue époustouflante sur Calvi et la baie ( magnifiques couchers de soleil),très propre et bien équipé.

Une terrasse vraiment appréciable et une vue imprenable sur la baie de Calvi.
