Come and stay in this gîte d'étape / gîte de groupe near Le Lion d'Angers and Segré on the Angers / Rennes route. This farm gîte is nestled in a verdant, wooded setting, where flora and fauna take pride of place. An ideal setting for a gathering of family and friends. The gîte comprises two buildings: A building dedicated to communal living, entirely on the ground floor: - Kitchen and scullery (gas stove with oven, 2 sinks, dishwasher, microwave, coffee makers and kettles) - Bright 50m² living room with fireplace - Sanitary facilities (2 toilets, a urinal, two washbasins and a shower) A second building reserved for the night area: First floor: - A large room divided into three cubicles, each with two beds - A 35m² room with tables and chairs, ideal for activities and games Upstairs: - A large 8-bed dormitory - A bedroom with 3 beds. - Shower, washbasin and toilet. A total of 17 90cm beds divided into 3 areas on two levels. Weekend rates: from €420 to €520... please ask for specific requests. Electric heating and tourist tax are extra (April to October). No internet connection. Possibility of visiting the farm: farm with suckling cows and cereal production.
