Enclosed 350 m² private flower garden with pétanque and swing set. 3 bicycles (2 adults/1 child) and bicycle shelter available.
Living room with open kitchen (ground floor), accessible by 4 steps, 2 spacious bedrooms (Sabots roses: 2 beds 90x200, Sabot vert: bed 160x200), bathroom and separate WC.
Additional equipment: wifi, freezer section, baby cot/bath.
Included: bed linen, towels.
Not included: electric heating, electricity, tourist tax.
WE possible between september and may.

Basse-Goulaine is located south-south-east of Nantes, on the left bank of the Loire. Our gîte is set back from the main Du GRIGNON street at N°135, close to the Du Pont restaurant, 100 m away.
