Gîte for 12 people in Maurepas on the edge of the Parc Naturel de la Haute Vallée de Chevreuse

In the Parc Naturel de la Vallée de Chevreuse, the gîte is located at the foot of the Donjon de Maurepas, a listed monument dating from the 11th century. The gîte is in the old village, at the foot of the Tower, not far from the Courance basin.

La Verrière" train station, 3km away, can take you to Versailles, Rambouillet, Saint Quentin en Yvelines, Paris Montparnasse (TGV, Metro), Paris La Défense (RER, Metro) (JO, Olympic Games 2024)... A bus runs between the Donjon and the station.
18 km from Versailles (a City, a Castle, the city of the French art of living with its many historic sites to discover), and 7 km from the Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines golf course. Saint Quentin en Yvelines National Velodrome 13 km away.

The gîte has an outside ramp, and the first floor is step-free, including the first shower room.
For pétanque enthusiasts, a field has been integrated into the property.

In a quiet location, the 160m² Donjon gîte opens onto the enclosed courtyard, secured by an electric gate.
It adjoins the owners' house.

The first floor features a large living room with wood-burning stove and sofa bed. The living room opens onto the fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher). Bathroom with shower and WC (accessible to people with reduced mobility).

Upstairs, you'll find 5 bedrooms: the first with a 140x190 bed, the second with two 90x200 beds, the third with 3 90x200 beds, and the fourth and fifth with two 90x200 beds each.
Two shower rooms are located on the 1st floor. Separate WC. Washing machine with dryer.
You can park your car in the enclosed courtyard.
