Cottage for 12 people in Maurepas on the edge of the Haute Vallée de Chevreuse Natural Park

Free arrival day. The lodging of the Donjon, of 160m ², overlooks the courtyard and the garden. It is adjoining the owners' house.
On the ground floor, a large living room has a lounge with armchairs and fireplace (first flambé offered). The sofa is convertible, great comfort it can be used as sleeping 140x190. The living room is open to the kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher). A first bathroom is available on this level with shower and toilet.
Upstairs, accessed by a staircase, you will enjoy 5 bedrooms: the first bedroom has a 140x190 bed, the second bedroom two beds 90x200, the third 3 beds 90x200, the fourth and fifth bedroom each have two beds of 90x200.
Two bathrooms are located on the 1st floor with shower. Independent toilets. Washer dryer.
You can park your car in the gated community.
Non-smoking cottage. The cottage is located at the foot of the Dungeon of Maurepas, historical monument, dating from the eleventh century. Inside a courtyard, it is in the old village, at the foot of the Tower, not far from the basin of the Courance.
The train station "La Verrière", 3km, can take you without change to Versailles, Rambouillet, Saint Quentin en Yvelines, Paris Montparnasse (TGV, Metro), Paris La Défense (RER, Metro) ... A bus makes the trip between the Dungeon and the train station.
18km from Versailles, and 7km from the golf course of Saint-Quentin - Yvelines. National Velodrome of Saint Quentin in Yvelines: 13km.
The cottage has a ramp, and the ground floor has no market including the first bathroom.
For petanque lovers, a lot has been integrated on the property.
