Ground floor: kitchen (oven). Living room. 1 bedroom for up to 2 people, with a choice of either 2 people in a double bed (140 x 190) or 1 person in a double bed and 1 person in a single bed (90 x 190), shower room with WC.
1st floor (spiral staircase): 2 bedrooms, each with 1 single bed (90 x 190).
Non-smoking Holiday cottage.
- Included in price: WIFI. Baby bed. High chair.
- In addition: gas consumption (according to meter reading) for: heating, domestic hot water, cooking. Electricity and water billed (according to meter reading). Tourist tax.
- Optional services: Sheet rental (10 €/bed). Bathroom linen (5.5 €/person). Cleaning package (50 €).

Francis Gîte agréable dans un beau village
Très bon accueil par les propriétaires.
Le gîte correspondait aux photos et à notre attente.
Possibilité de garer la voiture dans un verger à 100 mètres du gîte.
Le gîte dispose d'un beau terrain qui est assurément agréable pour les beaux jours.

Une rencontre très agréable : rencontre entre vous et nous , rencontre avec la forêt pour vous qui êtes féru de course d'orientation , et rencontre avec notre petit bourg ,où vous avez envisagé de revenir .

Absolutly amazing. The owners are lovely, the place is very clean with a beautiful garden and well equipped kitchen. Would definitely stay again. 10/10 reccomend no complaints.

Séjour inoubliable dans cette charmante maison de ville de Bourron-Marlotte ! Au-delà du cadre rustique et authentique parfaitement situé près de Fontainebleau, ce qui restera gravé dans nos mémoires, c’est l’accueil exceptionnel de nos hôtes.
Dès notre arrivée et jusqu’à notre départ, nous avons été touchés par leur attention sincère, leurs gestes spontanés et leurs conversations authentiques. Cette chaleur humaine rare transforme un simple séjour en véritable expérience humaine.
La maison correspond parfaitement aux attentes, mais c’est cette générosité du cœur qui fait toute la différence. Des hôtes comme on en rêve tous !

Lombroso Martha Excellent sejour à Bourron Marlotte
C est la deuxième fois que nous sejournons a Bourron Marlotte chez Mme et Mr Chauvat..Des propriétaires très acceuillants..d une grande gentillesse..prise en charge de l aller et retour a la gare car nous n avons pas de voiture..
Le Gîte est tranquille..reposant ce que nous recherchons..j adore le jardin et la maison..j y retournerais avec grand plaisir..le seul problème aucun trans port en commun..merci pour cette belle découverte.- Cleanliness
