In a charming village on the edge of the Forêt de Fontainebleau. Semi-detached gîte. Beautiful 380 m² enclosed garden with garden furniture and barbecue. Private enclosed parking in a nearby orchard.

Ground floor: kitchen (oven). Living room. 1 bedroom for up to 2 people, with the following options: either 2 people in a double bed (Bed 140 x 190) or 1 person in a double bed and 1 person in a single bed (90 x 190), bathroom with toilet.
On the first floor (spiral staircase): 2 bedrooms, each with 1 single bed (90 x 190).

Non-smoking holiday cottage.

- Included in the price: Wi-Fi. Baby bed. High chair.

- Additional charges: Gas consumption (metered) for gas heating, hot water, and cooking. Electricity and water billed according to meter readings. Tourist tax.

- Optional services: Sheet rental (10 €/bed). Bath towels (5.5 €/person). Cleaning fee (50 €).

Please note: No short stays. Minimum stay of 6 nights required.

For companies and business travelers: sheet rental and cleaning fee are mandatory.

“Cool” Theme:
- The ground floor is cool: master bedroom, living room, kitchen. The upper floor is equipped with wooden shutters.
- The 300 m² garden faces north and is shaded. You can park your car in the shade in the orchard.
- The Fontainebleau Forest is nearby.
