A beautiful park where you can take a stroll. There is a small private outdoor area with garden furniture.
The "Les Chasses" holiday cottage consists of:
On the ground floor:
- a large living room with an imposing period wooden bar and a decorative fireplace (do not use). The painted murals that run all around the room give you a sense of the house’s character as soon as you arrive and transport you back to the beginning of the last century.
- a large period kitchen with a skylight, where it will be a pleasure to prepare meals.
- a bedroom with 3 single beds (90 x 190), 2 of which can be arranged to form a 180 x 190 bed.
- a separate toilet.
Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms:
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (Bed 140 x 190) and its own private bathroom with a toilet.
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 190).
- 1 bedroom with 1 single bed (90 x 190).
A bathroom with a toilet.
Reversible air conditioning on the ground floor and fans available in each bedroom
- Included in the price: Wi-Fi. Sheets. Towels, Gas heating. Baby bed and high chair.
- Additional charges: cleaning fee (€100). Tourist tax

A couple friends and I stayed here for a bouldering vacation and truly enjoyed this gîte. The host is very friendly and accommodating, and gave us a bunch of recommendations for local food and upcoming markets etc. The gîte itself is large, well-equipped, contains all the features listed in the description, and has a comfy living room area (great couches!). The time to drive to nearby bouldering spots and the closest Carrefour is relatively short and there is a bakery and small supermarket within 3mins on foot. Highly recommend :)

Hilann Les chasses
This is a unique property with easy access to Fontainebleau.
We enjoyed using the table and chairs in the garden as it was so hot when we visited. There are local shops within a 5 min walk and a good bus service. Madame was very welcoming and provided us with plenty of local information and fans.- Cleanliness

Nous avons trouvé remarquable notre séjour au domaine des Chasses. Nous avions réservé le gite pour 5 jours à l'occasion du mariage de notre fils. Nous avons été très gentiment accueillis par notre hôtesses madame Ivana Kolarevic. Tout étais parfait :
le décor, la propreté des lieux, l'espace.

Parasol Ferien
Der Wohn-/Aufenthaltsraum liegt direkt an einer vielbefahrenen Straße (Bus, Lkw, Pkw) Der Raum hat kein Fenster, lüften kann man ihn nur über die Eingangstür, dann ist es laut. Die Einrichtung in diesem Raum ist gut.
Im ersten Stock waren die beiden Schlafzimmer und Bäder auch in Ordnung, wir haben nur das vordere Bad benutzt, dort war es etwas schwierig beim Duschen den Raum nicht allzu nass zu spritzen.
Die Küche hatte kein Fenster, wir haben über den Dunstabzug gelüftet. Die Ausstattung der Küche war in Ordnung.
Sehr schade war, dass wir nicht – wie angeboten - draußen sitzen konnten. Der wohl für uns vorgesehene Sitzplatz war direkt hinter der Mauer zur Straße hin, Tisch und Stühle waren schmutzig und die Umgebung ungepflegt. Es gab noch zwei weitere Sitzplätze, die allerdings noch weniger ansprechend waren.
Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut, und die Zuganbindung nach Paris ist wunderbar.Wir haben schon viele Urlaube in Frankreich verbracht und waren, wenn wir über Gîte de France gebucht hatten, immer zufrieden. Diesmal war es leider eine Enttäuschung.

Bonjour , Cet avis m'a particulièrement surprise ! En effet les personnes choisissent en général mon hébergement car il est idéalement situé à proximité du centre-ville de Fontainebleau et d'Avon, ce qui permet d'accéder au château, à la gare et aux nombreux commerces à pied ou en transport en commun. La rue, bien que passante, n'est pas du tout incommodante. La maison est telle que présentée dans le descriptif avec le charme d'un ancien Hôtel des Chasses qui a gardé ses caractéristiques du 19eme siècle. Le salon dispose de grandes fenêtres et la baignoire de la salle de bains possède une paroi de douche. Comme indiqué dans le descriptif, il est possible de se promener dans le parc mais un espace privatif est à disposition, cet espace est entretenu régulièrement, il est possible que quelques feuilles de bambou viennent s'inviter sur les sièges.
