The Holiday cottage "Les Chasses" is composed of :
First floor:
- a large living room with an imposing period wooden bar and decorative fireplace (not to be used). The painted frescoes that run around the room give you a sense of the spirit of the house as soon as you enter, taking you back to the beginning of the last century.
- a large period kitchen with skylight, ideal for preparing meals.
- a bedroom with 3 single beds (90 x 190), 2 of which can be made into 180 x 190 beds.
- Separate WC.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms:
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140 x 190) and en-suite bathroom with WC.
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 190).
- 1 bedroom with 1 single bed (90 x 190).
Bathroom with WC.
- Included in the price: WIFI. Bed linen. Towels. Gas heating. Baby bed and high chair.
- Cleaning fee (€100). Tourist tax

SaraV Nice stay in Avon
The host Ivana was very welcoming and friendly. The place is located walking distance from Fontainebleau centre as well as the closest climbing area (which was our primary reason for visiting). The house is spacious and comfortable for 5 people with plenty of space in the kitchen and the living room. The rooms are quiet and comfortable, very clean. Would recommend to others and stay there again!

Adrien Séjour très agréable
Propriétaire très agréable et arrangeante. Une petite supérette est à proximité ce qui est très pratique quand vous n'avez pas le temps d'aller faire de vraies courses.
Nous avons apprécié le fait d'avoir 3 WC et deux douches, seul petit bémol sur la propreté de l'une des baignoires, le reste était tout à fait correct.

Lucy Great holiday base
Spacious accommodation with ample parking and large gardens. Great base for bouldering and to explore Fontainebleau and Paris. Ivana was a very friendly and helpful host who lives on the site complex. We spent an enjoyable week here.

AnnH Gîte tout confort et tellement authentique
C'est une maison qui a une histoire particulièrement touchante. Beaucoup d'espace et grand confort, que ce soit la literie ou la cuisine. Il y a tout ce dont on a besoin. Et le parc est très joli, très fleuri. La propriétaire est très agréable, pleine d'humour et très à l'écoute. A la moindre question, elle vient et se met en quatre pour vous dépanner. Un très grand merci à elle!
