Air-conditioned detached house in a cobbled lane at the foot of the public garden and church. Free parking in the village.
Outside: 1 table -6 chairs, bench and barbecue.
First floor: fully-equipped kitchen, living room, free safe, sofa, fireplace (wood-burning insert), WC.
1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200 can be brought together to make 1 double bed) and 1 bunk bed (2x90), 2 baby beds, shower room with WC.
Short stays of 2 nights minimum available on request, except in July and August.
- Included in the price: International channels - 2 Baby beds. Internet Free La Fibre - Free.
- Gas heating (metered). Gas, water and electricity invoiced (meter reading). Tourist tax. Pets allowed free of charge, but a €70 cleaning fee is required on arrival.
- Optional services: bed linen rental (10 €/bed). Bathroom linen (6 €/person). Cleaning package (70 €). Crash Pad rental: €30/week (see owner).
Wood for fireplace to be purchased from supermarket.
Holiday cottage located 300 meters from an electric vehicle charging station (town hall parking lot), and from the bus stop for Fontainebleau.
For companies and business travelers: bed linen rental and cleaning package compulsory. DEPOSIT FOR COMPANIES: 600 €.

Dear Climbers
It's obvious that the comfort level won't be the same if 8 people stay in a gîte designed for 6... Thank you for your second stay at the gîte, which you nevertheless appreciated for its amenities and proximity to the climbing sites. -

Toby Perfect gite
A very warm welcome from Stephane and a very well furnished gite. Stephane is extremely helpful and will go out his way to help you with anything. The location is great being in the middle of the forest and in a nice village very close to the bakery.

Deuxième séjour dans ce gîte: nous n'avions pas fini de découvrir la forêt de Fontainebleau !
J'avais déjà fait l'éloge de ce gîte l'année dernière et ça n'a pas changé. Tout est parfait.
Surtout l'accueil de Stéphane, le propriétaire. Nous allons dans des gîtes pratiquement une dizaine de fois dans l'année depuis ... longtemps. Jamais nous n'avons reçu un tel accueil de la part de quelqu'un qui se démène pour faire connaître sa région. Au point de nous véhiculer pour nous montrer des sites extraordinaires.
Et ce, en plus de cadeaux de service ou de gastronomie...Et tout en restant discret à d'autres moments..
Sans mentir, un modèle de courtoisie et de gentillesse. Peu commun !
