Description 2026, subject to modifications for 2027: Please refer to the description sheet validated at the time of booking.
Detached, air-conditioned house on a cobblestone alleyway at the foot of the public park and the church. Free parking in the village.
Outside: 1 table, 6 chairs, a bench, and a barbecue.
Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen, living room, free safe, sofa, fireplace (wood-burning insert), toilet.
First floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200; can be pushed together to form 1 double bed) and 1 bunk bed (2x90), 2 baby beds, shower room with toilet.
Upon request, short stays are available for a minimum of 2 nights, except in July and August.
- Included in the price: International TV channels - 2 Baby beds. Free high-speed fiber-optic internet.
- Additional charges: Gas heating (metered). Gas, water, and electricity billed based on meter readings. Tourist tax. Pets allowed free of charge, but a mandatory cleaning fee of 70 € will be charged upon arrival.
- Optional services: Sheet rental (€10/bed). Bath towels (€6/person). Cleaning fee (€70). Crash Pad rental: €30/week (check with the owner).
Firewood for the fireplace must be purchased at the supermarket.
The holiday cottage is located 300 meters from an electric vehicle charging station (town hall parking lot) and the bus stop for Fontainebleau
Note for companies and business travelers: sheet rental and cleaning fee are mandatory. SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR COMPANIES: 600 €.

"Cool" Theme:
- Shutters on all windows and thermal blackout curtains in the living room. Thermal blackout blind in the bedroom with the skylight and a thermal blind in the other bedroom. Air conditioning in the bedrooms and in the living room/kitchen. Fan-cooled refrigerator-freezer.
- Umbrella for the small patio in front of the holiday cottage. Shared garden with trees across from the cottage.
- Fontainebleau Forest, Buthiers Leisure Island. Swimming pool and Cinemas in Fontainebleau, 10 minutes away.

Deuxième séjour dans ce gîte: nous n'avions pas fini de découvrir la forêt de Fontainebleau !
J'avais déjà fait l'éloge de ce gîte l'année dernière et ça n'a pas changé. Tout est parfait.
Surtout l'accueil de Stéphane, le propriétaire. Nous allons dans des gîtes pratiquement une dizaine de fois dans l'année depuis ... longtemps. Jamais nous n'avons reçu un tel accueil de la part de quelqu'un qui se démène pour faire connaître sa région. Au point de nous véhiculer pour nous montrer des sites extraordinaires.
Et ce, en plus de cadeaux de service ou de gastronomie...Et tout en restant discret à d'autres moments..
Sans mentir, un modèle de courtoisie et de gentillesse. Peu commun !

La foret de Fontainebleau et de Larchant auront été propices à l'émerveillement lors de vos balades . Sergej Perfect for Bouldering and Chill
Stéphane is a very nice and extremely professional host. The gîte had everything you need and lots of charm to boot. The beautiful fireplace made for many warm and cosy evenings. Perfect location for boulderers, as all climbing areas are easily accessible. It definitely won't be our last time there.

Peter Bleau Urlaub
Die Gites ist klein aber sehr gemütlich! Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet!
Die Lage im Dorf ist zentral aber trotzdem ruhig und die Bäckerei auf der anderen Straßenseite macht den Urlaub nochmal angenehmer!
Auch der Empfang und die Fürsorge des Besitzers war sehr angenehm und überaus zuvorkommend.

Lieber Peter, vielen Dank für diese tolle Bewertung nach Ihrem zweiten Familien-Kletterurlaub in der Region Fontainebleau. Dieses Mal konnten Sie herrliches Herbstwetter genießen und das Haus wurde für mehr Komfort neu mit einer umschaltbaren Klimaanlage, Heizung und Kühlung ausgestattet. Nouveau séjour au Pays de Fontainebleau , l'occasion de retrouver votre Famille Seine et Marnaise . Une belle semaine d'automne et une nouveauté dans le gîte que vous connaissez bien , vous avez pu profiter de la nouvelle installation. , le gîte venant d'être équipé d'une climatisation réversible pour plus de confort en toutes saisons .
