Air-conditioned detached house in a cobbled lane at the foot of the public garden and church. Free parking in the village.
Outside: 1 table -6 chairs, bench and barbecue.
First floor: fully-equipped kitchen, living room, free safe, sofa, fireplace (wood-burning insert), WC.
1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200 can be brought together to make 1 double bed) and 1 bunk bed (2x90), 2 baby beds, shower room with WC.
Short stays of 2 nights minimum available on request, except in July and August.
- Included in the price: International channels - 2 Baby beds. Internet Free La Fibre - Free.
- Gas heating (metered). Gas, water and electricity invoiced (meter reading). Tourist tax. Pets allowed free of charge, but a €70 cleaning fee is required on arrival.
- Optional services: bed linen rental (10 €/bed). Bathroom linen (6 €/person). Cleaning package (70 €). Crash Pad rental: €30/week (see owner).
Wood for fireplace to be purchased from supermarket.
Holiday cottage located 300 meters from an electric vehicle charging station (town hall parking lot), and from the bus stop for Fontainebleau.
For companies and business travelers: bed linen rental and cleaning package compulsory. DEPOSIT FOR COMPANIES: 600 €.

Sergej Perfect for Bouldering and Chill
Stéphane is a very nice and extremely professional host. The gîte had everything you need and lots of charm to boot. The beautiful fireplace made for many warm and cosy evenings. Perfect location for boulderers, as all climbing areas are easily accessible. It definitely won't be our last time there.

Peter Bleau Urlaub
Die Gites ist klein aber sehr gemütlich! Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet!
Die Lage im Dorf ist zentral aber trotzdem ruhig und die Bäckerei auf der anderen Straßenseite macht den Urlaub nochmal angenehmer!
Auch der Empfang und die Fürsorge des Besitzers war sehr angenehm und überaus zuvorkommend.

Lieber Peter, vielen Dank für diese tolle Bewertung nach Ihrem zweiten Familien-Kletterurlaub in der Region Fontainebleau. Dieses Mal konnten Sie herrliches Herbstwetter genießen und das Haus wurde für mehr Komfort neu mit einer umschaltbaren Klimaanlage, Heizung und Kühlung ausgestattet. Wir freuen uns, Sie nächstes Jahr wieder in dem Haus 10 Minuten von Fontainebleau entfernt begrüßen zu dürfen.

Nouveau séjour au Pays de Fontainebleau , l'occasion de retrouver votre Famille Seine et Marnaise . Une belle semaine d'automne et une nouveauté dans le gîte que vous connaissez bien , vous avez pu profiter de la nouvelle installation. , le gîte venant d'être équipé d'une climatisation réversible pour plus de confort en toutes saisons .
