Upstairs: 1 attic bedroom (1 bed 140x190), 1 mezzanine bedroom (2 beds 80x200 or 1 bed 160). Separate WC. Bathroom. Wood heating included. Terrace ( 12 m²) and small private enclosed garden ( 30m²) with unobstructed view of Les Mollières. Electric plancha. Access to Holiday cottage via 2 km carriage road. Shared laundry facilities for all 4 Holiday cottages (washing machine and dryer). Cleaning deposit of €80 payable on arrival. Parking on the property. 2 small pets allowed with cleaning fee of €80, outside but not fenced, overlooking the Countryside rather than the City. Electric vehicle charging station on site (payment to be made to the owner).
