Set in the outbuildings of a secluded manor house, in the heart of the Authie Bay nature reserve. 4 km from Fort Mahon Beach and 600 m from the bay (accessible on foot, except during hunting season). Holiday cottage (55 m²) with separate entrance, close to the owners' home. First floor: fitted kitchen (fridge/freezer) opening onto living room, separate WC. Upstairs: 1 attic bedroom (1 bed 140x190), 1 mezzanine bedroom (2 beds 80x200 or 1 bed 160). Separate WC. Bathroom. Wood heating included. Terrace ( 12 m²) and small private enclosed garden ( 30m²) with unobstructed view of Les Mollières. Electric plancha. Access to Holiday cottage via 2 km carriage road. Shared laundry facilities for all 4 Holiday cottages (washing machine and dryer). Cleaning deposit of €80 payable on arrival. Parking on the property. 2 small pets allowed with cleaning fee of €80, outside but not fenced, overlooking the Countryside rather than the City. Electric vehicle charging station on site (payment to be made to the owner).

Bonjour,
Très bonne accueil de Mme Dupont Ludivine et avec des explications et conseils claires.
Peut être manque une moyenne casserole en plus et pas réussi à avoir la connexion Wi-Fi dommage.
Autrement beaucoup de possibilités de promenade.Famille Boidin

MCBD Gîte Obione
Très bien situé à l'écart du village au milieu d'une nature préservée, de nombreux oiseaux visibles, l'ambiance dans le gîte est chaleureuse. Accueil et conseils de visite sont au rendez-vous, bref nous avons passés un excellent séjour.
