Ideally located in the Parc naturel régional des Caps et Marais d'Opale on the triangle of Saint Omer, Calais and Dunkirk, take advantage of your stay to discover the wealth of our heritage, unspoilt nature and gastronomy (Licques poultry, Houlle genever...).
Eperlecques, the largest blockhouse in northern France 5 km. Saint Omer, the Audomarois marshlands, the Arques International crystal glassworks 20 km. Saint-Omer 20 km, Calais 25 km the Channel Tunnel, Calais 30 km. Flanders Mountains 30km. Deux Caps, Boulogne sur mer and Nausicaa 40 km. Lille 85 km
Located outside the village, 74 m² detached gîte. First floor + first floor. Enclosed 600 m² grounds with garden furniture, barbecue and swing, courtyard, closed garage. Parking for 2 cars.
First floor: Kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, 1 fridge/freezer), living/dining room with wood-burning stove (wood provided), 80 cm flat-screen TV. 1 bedroom with 3 single beds (90 x 190), bathroom: 1 washbasin and 1 shower (1 m x 0.7). Separate toilet. Baby chair.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140 x 190).
All beds are equipped with blankets.
Arrival day free except during school vacations.
Charges not included: electricity, oil and electric heating. Sheet hire €8 per pair, cleaning charge €35. WIFI connection.

Gîte fonctionnel et bien équipé. Propreté parfaite.
Propriétaires disponibles et très sympathiques.
Seul bémol : la chambre des parents à l'étage et celle des jeunes en bas. L'inverse aurait été mieux. Escalier très bruyant.

Evel Maison accueillante au calme
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette maison tout y était pensé pour un quotidien sans soucis..
La propriété possède un charmant jardin fleuri au calme , on a plaisir à déjeuner au soleil ou à l'ombre des bouleaux,parfait pour notre petit fils qui a pû apprécier la balançoire ainsi que pour notre chien,
Les propriétaires étaient très sympathiques et ce sera avec grand plaisir que nous reviendrons , car il nous reste encore bcp à découvrir dans cette région.- Cleanliness
