Located outside the village, 74 m² detached gîte. First floor + first floor. Enclosed 600 m² grounds with garden furniture, barbecue and swing, courtyard, closed garage. Parking for 2 cars.

First floor: Kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, 1 fridge/freezer), living/dining room with wood-burning stove (wood provided), 80 cm flat-screen TV. 1 bedroom with 3 single beds (90 x 190), bathroom: 1 washbasin and 1 shower (1 m x 0.7). Separate toilet. Baby chair.

Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140 x 190).

All beds are equipped with blankets.
Arrival day free except during school vacations.
Charges not included: electricity, oil and electric heating. Sheet hire €8 per pair, cleaning charge €35. WIFI connection.
