The gîte du Puits-Bérault is located in the small village of Lépine, with its 300 inhabitants, near Montreuil-sur-mer, which boasts over 1,500 years of military and religious history! The town opens the gates of its citadel and picturesque streets.

Peace and quiet in a green setting, close to the Baie de Somme to the south and the Côte d'Opale to the north. Berck-sur-Mer, 15 km away, is a seaside resort popular with tourists who come to enjoy its beaches, charming seafront and fresh sea air.
Montreuil sur Mer 11 km. Valloires Abbey 12 km. Berck sur Mer and Bagatelle 13 km. Fort Mahon 14 km. Le Touquet 23 km. Le Crotoy and the Baie de Somme 25 km. Boulogne sur Mer and Nausicaa 50 km.

Simple, functional, single-storey Holiday cottage in the farmyard, adjoining another cottage.

Living room with kitchenette: microwave, dishwasher, gas stove with oven, fridge-freezer combo, filter coffee maker.
One bedroom with double bed 140x190cm, one bedroom with 2 single beds 90x190cm, possibility of adding an extra bed.
Bathroom with 80x80cm shower cubicle, washbasin and separate WC.
Garden furniture and barbecue.

Washing machine shared by the 2 Holiday cottages in a separate room. Electric radiators.
Charges not included: Electricity, heating, bed linen, €50 cleaning charge. Additional €50 deposit if cleaning service not taken at time of booking (which will be retained if cleaning is not carried out correctly).

    Nous avons été satisfait de notre séjour à Lépine. On a visité plusieurs sites et musées dans les villes avoisinantes. Mais Il y a tellement d'endroits recommandés à visiter, et un séjour d'une semaine ne permet pas de voir toute la richesse des alentours de notre séjour à Lépine. On peut se garer facilement son véhicule dans la cour devant le gîte. Les propriétaires du gîte sont chaleureux et conviviaux.

    un séjour très agréable.Le gîte est tous confort et les propriétaires sont très chaleureux et prévenant avec des douceurs sucrés à notre arrivée. A proximité du gîte
    il y a un élevage de chevaux qui nous à rapprocher de la nature à la campagne dont nous
    avons tant besoin. Nous recommandons ce gîte,pour des vacances réussis avec tous les sites touristiques au alentours.

    Séjour au calme

    Un très bon séjour dans un environnement très calme, le rêve pour se reposer : un petit bourg au milieu des champs, pleins de balades dans les environs et la mer à 15kms. Le gîte est propre et confortable avec tout ce dont on a besoin. La salle de bain est un peu exigüe, c'est sans doute le seul point négatif. Les propriétaires sont discrets mais à disponibles pour tous les renseignements et fort sympathiques. Un gite que nous recommandons.
