In the center of the village, 70 m² holiday cottage adjoining the owners' house with separate entrance. Fully enclosed 150 m² grounds, if gate is closed, private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, garden with swing. 2-car parking space on property.

First floor: fitted kitchen (gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, filter coffee maker) opening onto dining area. Direct access to outside terrace.

First floor: Living area with two 2-seater sofas, armchair, coffee table, 90 cm TV and sitting area with round table and desk.
Bedroom 1: double bed 140 x 190 and 1 single bed 90 x 190. Bedroom 2: double bed 140 x 190. Bathroom with vanity unit and 90cm half-moon shower cubicle (shower head + hand shower), separate WC. Shared washing machine with the owners.
