In the center of the village, a 70 m² holiday cottage with no direct neighbors, attached to the owners’ semi-detached house but with a separate entrance. A fully enclosed 150 m² lot (when the gate is closed), featuring a private patio with outdoor furniture and a barbecue, and a garden with a swing. Parking for two cars on the property.

Ground floor: Fully equipped kitchen (gas stovetop, electric oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, filter/pod coffee maker) open to the dining area. Direct access to the outdoors and the terrace.
