This independent gite of 40 m² is a new construction that the owners have built on the land adjoining their dwelling house. It is located in the heart of the village of 400 souls of Fay-les-Etang.

It is laid out on one level and can accommodate 2 people (1 bedroom).
Entrance into the open living room: fitted kitchen (induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, filter coffee maker and pod, kettle, toaster, washing machine, plenty of storage, etc.), living room with a sofa, a television (80 cm), a bedroom for 2 people (bed 140x190 cm) communicating with the bathroom (vanity unit, Italian shower 1.20 x 0.8cm, hair dryer) and WC.
