This independent 40 m² gîte is a new construction that the owners have built on the land adjoining their house. It is located in the heart of the 400-soul village of Fay-les-Etangs.

It is on one level and can accommodate 2 people (1 bedroom).
Entrance into the open-plan living area: fully-equipped kitchen (induction hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, filter and pod coffee maker, kettle, toaster, washing machine, plenty of storage space...), living room with sofa, TV (80 cm), 2-person bedroom (bed 140x190 cm) communicating with shower room (vanity unit, Italian shower 1.20 x 0.8cm, hairdryer) and WC.
