Welcome to the "Le Bocage" gîte in the center of the village of Ecuélin, in the heart of the Avesnois Regional Nature Park.
You'll be 11km from Avesnes-sur-Helpe and 30km from the Val Joly resort, where all kinds of water sports, cycling and children's activities await you.
Our proximity to the Aisne department means you can visit the towns of Guise (47km) and Saint-Quentin (70km).
Maubeuge and Maroilles are 14km away, Valenciennes 40km.
All shops and train station in Aulnoye Aymeries 8km away.
Semi-detached gîte located on the village square.
First floor: fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, 4 induction hobs...
Living room with 80cm TV, pellet stove and WIFI.
Separate WC.
First floor (access via steep, narrow staircase).
Bedroom with double bed 160x200cm.
Bedroom with three single beds 90x200cm, two of which can be converted into a double bed 180x200cm.
Bathroom with 90x90cm shower and WC.
250m² enclosed garden with terrace, garden furniture and barbecue.
Two private parking spaces in front of the gîte.

Energy costs to be paid on site. Pellet bags cost €5 for 15kg.

We had a lovely vacation in Le Bocage with a nice garden, deckchairs, table outside, barbecue. Very quiet outside. Beautiful surroudings. Ths shower itself could use a make-over but it was ok. We met the owner 2 times when we were there. Very nice person. Nice towns and small markets and enough to visit. We did not meet the owner for the welcome because we arrived late in the evening (due to car problem) instead of four o'çlock in the afternoon. The house is lovely and very comfortable. Beds very good.
