100 m² house adjoining the owner's house. Wooded park of 1ha shared with the owner.

First floor: fully-equipped kitchen (4-burner induction hob, oven, extractor hood, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, etc.) with dining area, living room with sofa, armchairs and connected TV. Bedroom with 160x200cm bed, desk and en-suite shower room (90x90cm shower and WC).
First floor: two bedrooms, one with a 140x200cm bed and one with a 160x200cm bed, a study and a private shower room (140x80cm shower and WC). The latter room provides access to a private terrace with a beautiful view over the park.

Private, gated parking for one vehicle.
