Independent house of 50 m², with a large fully enclosed garden, located in the heart of the village opposite a dairy farm. Terrace (entrance side) of 18 m². Private spaces for 2 vehicles.
On the ground floor: fitted kitchen (3 induction hobs, small fridge-oven, integrated microwave, dishwasher, pod coffee maker) with central island open to the dining/living room. Bathroom with shower 100x80. Independent WC with washbasin.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, one with 1 double bed 140x190cm and another with 2 single beds 90x190cm. Independent WC with washbasin.
Cellar accessible from inside and outside with sink and washing machine, small freezer, and boiler room. WIFI (fiber optic). Martine and Jean-Michel will be happy to welcome you to La Bouillonneuse for a romantic, family getaway, or for a business trip to their pretty village of Pont Saint Mard in the heart of nature overlooked by a 12th century church. th century.
From the village, you will have very beautiful views of the Château de Coucy.
You will have the possibility of practicing numerous hikes in the surroundings (rampart of the castle, forest of Saint-Gobain, paths of the village) You will also be able, with possession of the permit, to fish in the canal or in the river Ailette at the entrance of the municipality.

5/5Nous avons passé une très belle semaine à "La Boulonneuse". Le gîte est confortable et nous avons trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin et plus encore ! Great retreat from the hasty world
4/5We had such an amazing time at Martine's gîte! It's situated in a small and quiet village, opposite a dairy farm. One evening we were invited by our host to watch the cows being milked (by her son). Out daughter loved it! We also enjoyed the slow life with a good glass of wine in the huge garden. The swing absolutely made our daughter's holiday complete. Only remark was that it wasn't very clean when we arrived. But still, very much recommended!
