From the village, you can enjoy magnificent views of the Château de Coucy. The surrounding area offers a multitude of possibilities for Hiking, whether along the castle ramparts, through the Saint-Gobain Forest, or along the picturesque village paths. For those with a permit, Fishing is also possible at the canal or the Ailette river, at the entrance to the commune. La Bouillonneuse is the ideal starting point for exploring the surrounding countryside and discovering the region's treasures.

This detached 50 m² house has a large, fully enclosed garden and is ideally located in the heart of the village, facing a dairy farm. An 18 m² terrace at the entrance provides a pleasant outdoor space. Two private parking spaces are also available.

First floor: fully-equipped kitchen (3 induction hobs, small fridge-oven, built-in microwave, dishwasher, pod coffee maker) with central island opening onto dining/living room. Bathroom with 100x80 shower. Separate WC with washbasin.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, one with 1 x 140x190cm double bed and the other with 2 x 90x190cm single beds. Separate toilet with washbasin.

The cellar is accessible from both inside and outside and is equipped with a sink, washing machine, small freezer and boiler room.
