Formerly owned by the family of the famous painter Jules Bastien-LEPAGE, this building housed a convent until the 1970s. All that remains of this period is a cell used as a children's bedroom and a beautiful solid wood staircase. The communal gîte on the 1st floor is a spacious, bright and quiet apartment. Just outside the gîte, you'll find the old ramparts path, and the nearby footpaths will take you on a tour of Damvillers, to its ponds, or on the circuit in the footsteps of J. Bastien Lepage.

    Confort et accueil parfaits

    Le gîte est idéalement situé, entre Montmédy et Verdun, pour visiter le nord de la Meuse.
    L’accueil est excellent au gîte comme au village.
    D’ailleurs, les gens sont très accueillants partout où nous sommes allés dans cette région superbe où nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

    Séjour calme et agréable

    J'ai loué le gîte pour une nuit, moi et mes 2 enfants en bas âge (2 et 4 ans)
    Tout est bien équipé. Place de parking au pied du gîte. Je conseille 😀
