In the heart of the Marne countryside, come and discover our beautiful region, rich in cultural and gastronomic heritage. In the beautiful Saint Thierry massif, in the north-west of the département, you're just 2 steps from Reims, the city of the coronation of the kings of France, and at the center of the rich wine-growing region of Champagne.
Peace and relaxation await you in this attractive 19th-century building, a former Vadiville farm and stud farm, fully renovated. You'll enjoy a large independent garden, shaded and enclosed by hedges, as well as a terrace equipped with garden furniture, parasols and barbecue for 10 people.
There's a spacious living room (with table soccer) where you can enjoy your meals and relax in the sitting area with fireplace (wood-burning stove). The kitchen opens onto the living room and is fully equipped and user-friendly (espresso coffee machine, 2 raclette machines, waffle and croque monsieur maker).
On the mezzanine floor, two spacious, atypical bedrooms await you: "Le Grenier" with 4 90x200 beds (or one 180x200 double bed + 2
90x200 beds, on request) and "Le Nid" with a 180x200 bed.
On the half-floor, you'll also find 2 other bedrooms (sleeping 160/200), "La Prairie" and "La Rosée".
On the landing, you'll find a bathroom, a shower room and a separate toilet.
To make your stay as comfortable as possible, bed linen, towels and cleaning are included in the price.
The gîte is attached to the owners' house. Two cats, Leïca and Bennie, live on the farm and are welcome in the gîte, which is their refuge.
The owners also have two dogs (so barking is possible) and other animals such as sheep, donkeys and horses (in the stud farm meadows).
Entrance to the gîte is from the 1st floor via the outside staircase.

Amazing Gite, everything is just perfect
5/5Le Haras de Pevy is just beautiful. Florence warmly welcomed us on arrival. The accomodation was so tastefully decorated, had everything that you needed and was just the perfect place for our family and friends to spend a few days relaxing. One day we hardly left the property and the kids had an amazing time. We would thoroughly recommend.

5/5Nous avons passé 5 jours merveilleux au Haras de Pevy.
Apres un acceuil chaleureux, nous avons profiter de ce très beau gîte, magnifiquement renové, spacieux et comfortable.
Vous vous sentirez chez vous en quelques minutes, profitant da la cuisine tout equipée, de la comfortable salle de vie, des 2 salles de bain chaleureuses et après une journée a arpenter la champagne vous pourrez vous reposer dans une literie 5 étoiles.Bref tout est parfait.

Très bonne adresse !
5/5Aussi beau en vrai que sur les photos ! Le gîte est spacieux et très bien aménagé. Un petit bémol tout de même concernant les 2 chambres en mezzanine : elles sont très belles mais on entend tout ce qui se passe dans la pièce de vie comme si on y était. A réserver aux lève-tôt ou à ceux qui ont le sommeil lourd.
Tout est propre et la literie est de très bonne qualité. Il ne manque absolument rien au niveau de l'équipement du gîte.
Les propriétaires sont très agréables et disponibles.
