Le Haras de Pevy

In the heart of the Marne countryside, come and discover our beautiful region, rich in cultural and gastronomic heritage. In the beautiful Saint Thierry massif, in the north-west of the département, you're just 2 steps from Reims, the city of the coronation of the kings of France, and at the center of the rich wine-growing region of Champagne.
Peace and relaxation await you in this attractive 19th-century building, a former Vadiville farm and stud farm, fully renovated. You'll enjoy a large independent garden, shaded and enclosed by hedges, as well as a terrace equipped with garden furniture, parasols and barbecue for 10 people.
There's a spacious living room (with table soccer) where you can enjoy your meals and relax in the sitting area with fireplace (wood-burning stove). The kitchen opens onto the living room and is fully equipped and user-friendly (espresso coffee machine, 2 raclette machines, waffle and croque monsieur maker).

On the mezzanine floor, two spacious and atypical bedrooms await you: "Le Grenier" with 4 beds 90x200 (or one king-size bed 180x200 + 2 twin beds, on request) and "Le Nid" with one bed 180x200.

On the half-floor, you'll also find 2 other bedrooms (sleeping 160/200), "La Prairie" and "La Rosée".
On the landing, you'll find a bathroom, a shower room and a separate toilet.
To make your stay as comfortable as possible, bed linen, towels and housekeeping included in the price.
Two hairdryers are available.
The Holiday cottage is attached to the owners' house. Two cats, Leïca and Bennie, live on the farm and are welcome in the gîte as a refuge.
The owners also have two dogs (so barking is possible) and other animals such as sheep, donkeys and horses (in the stud farm meadows).
Entrance to the Holiday cottage is from the 1st floor via the outside staircase.
