Situated in the heart of the charming village of Verzy, between vineyards and Forest, this former Champagne cellar has been completely renovated to offer a unique setting combining authenticity and modern comfort. The owner, a passionate antique dealer, has infused each room with a singular soul by carefully selecting antique furniture and objects, each with its own story to tell.
On the first floor, you'll find a large living room, a kitchen opening onto the dining room and a separate toilet.
Outside, you'll enjoy a fully enclosed garden, ideal for quiet moments of relaxation, as well as a pleasant terrace where you can share a meal al fresco or enjoy a glass of champagne at sunset.
Upstairs are three spacious bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom or shower room and WC, guaranteeing comfort and privacy for all guests. Noble materials and antique touches blend harmoniously with modern amenities, creating a warm, refined atmosphere.
With its period furniture, objets d'art and country atmosphere, this Holiday cottage invites you to take a timeless break, where every detail tells a story. Whether you come with family, friends or as a couple, you'll be seduced by the authentic charm of this house where past and present meet in elegance.
For your comfort, the rental price includes bed linen (beds made on arrival), towels and utilities.
Cleaning is compulsory at a cost of €70.
If you like to eat in, we can prepare breakfast and dinner for you.

Laura Wonderful, charming & delightful stay
We had the most wonderful stay at Le Cellier Roze Gite! We were welcomed by the owners, who helped us with our bags and showed us the gite. They even left a welcome bottle of champagne for us! The beds were extremely comfortable and the shades on the windows made the rooms perfectly dark to sleep. The outdoor patio was the perfect place for a morning coffee or a late night glass of champagne. The owners gave us many local recommendations, which made our trip even better. We would definitely stay here again!

Vivi Tout simplement parfait
Très bon accueil de la part de Christophe et Arnaud.
Ils nous ont raconté l'histoire du gîte depuis l'origine du bâtiment.
L'un brocanteur et l'autre hôtelier donne une touche en plus au gîte.
Le gîte est idéalement situé entre Reims et Epernay dans un village paisible au milieu de vignes, avec un restaurant et une boulangerie à 200m.Le gîte est spacieux et on se sent tout de suite comme chez soi, avec tout le confort et une décoration soignée. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec chacune son espace sanitaire. Du coup, on peut venir aussi bien en famille que entre amis.
Très belle cuisine avec tout ce dont on a besoin.
Et de plus un beau coin jardin/terrasse clos dont nous avons pu profiter pour une bonne dégustation de champagne et très apprécié de nos chiens. Car oui, ils sont les bienvenus.On reviendra et on profitera cette fois-là du petit déjeuner et repas proposés.

Emmanuel Excellent séjour
Très agréable séjour en famille (trois couples d'adulte). C'est grand, les chambres sont très bien équipées, décorées avec gout. Nous avons bien aimé le coté "loft-cellier", l'acceuil (agréable, efficace mais aussi discret...), idéalement situé dans un village de Champagne 100% grand cru. Nous recommanderons ce gite à des amis.

Le charme du côté “loft-cellier” et la situation au cœur d'un village de Champagne classé Grand Cru participent en effet à une expérience unique.

Marcel Delépine gite remarquable
En plus de la qualité des équipements, du confort, de la décoration recherchée et de la belle dimension de chaque pièce, il faut souligner la disponibilité et les marques d'attention de nos hôtes particulièrement appréciées par ma famille qui a passé les fêtes de Pâques au Cellier Roze. Je recommande absolument ce lieu de séjour pour découvrir le coeur du vignoble champenois la région de Reims.
