Situated in the heart of the charming village of Verzy, between vineyards and Forest, this former Champagne cellar has been completely renovated to offer a unique setting combining authenticity and modern comfort. The owner, a passionate antique dealer, has infused each room with a singular soul by carefully selecting antique furniture and objects, each with its own story to tell.

On the first floor, you'll find a large living room, a kitchen opening onto the dining room and a separate toilet.
Outside, you'll enjoy a fully enclosed garden, ideal for quiet moments of relaxation, as well as a pleasant terrace where you can share a meal al fresco or enjoy a glass of champagne at sunset.

Upstairs are three spacious bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom or shower room and WC, guaranteeing comfort and privacy for all guests. Noble materials and antique touches blend harmoniously with modern amenities, creating a warm, refined atmosphere.

For your comfort, the rental price includes bed linen (beds made on arrival), towels and utilities.
Cleaning is compulsory at a cost of €70.
