The Holiday cottage is located in the commune of Giffaumont-Champaubert. Just 200 meters from Lake du Der, the holiday cottage is ideal for nature lovers who enjoy cycling, birdwatching, hiking and fishing. Water sports and swimming are about 3km from the cottage.
The house is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac.
The single-storey Holiday cottage has a large terrace, a garden and private parking.
It comprises a living room, dining room and fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a shower room and a separate toilet. Steps lead up to the shower room.
The Holiday cottage has WIFI and heating included.
Bed linen and towels are included.
A cleaning charge of €65 applies. Electric vehicle recharging is charged at €15 per charge.

Gite en zone pavillonaire a moins de 700m de la piste cyclable du bord du lac du DER
Les proprietaires sont a proximites et tres accueillants
Possibilite de faire le tour du lac sur piste cyclable 36km

Très bon accueil des propriétaires. Gîte très propre et bien équipé. A proximité du lac du der ce qui nous a permis de faire de belles balades. De plus, les chiens sont acceptés.
