The Holiday cottage is located in the commune of Giffaumont-Champaubert. Just 200 meters from Lake du Der, the holiday cottage is ideal for nature lovers who enjoy cycling, birdwatching, hiking and fishing. Water sports and swimming are about 3km from the cottage.
The house is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac.
The single-storey Holiday cottage has a large terrace, a garden and private parking.
It comprises a living room, dining room and fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a shower room and a separate toilet. Steps lead up to the shower room.
The Holiday cottage has WIFI and heating included.
Bed linen and towels are included.
A cleaning charge of €65 applies. Electric vehicle recharging is charged at €15 per charge.
Dogs accepted free of charge: 2 maximum (cats not allowed).

Le gîte à deux pas du Lac est très propre, moderne tout en étant typique,grand pour deux personnes et très fourni : vaisselles, électroménager, literie très confortable, possibilité d'utiliser le poêle à bois, animaux acceptésNous n'hésiterons pas à y revenir

KK Ort schön, aber Abzocke!
Wir haben das Geschirr in die Spülmaschen getan und diese angestellt und dafür wurde uns jetzt 60 € verrechnet, weil wir nicht abgewaschen haben sollten, das ist eine Unverschämtheit! ich kann nur davor warnen, dort zu übernachten, wenn man so abgezogen wird!

Bonjour quand on ne prend pas le ménage,on doit laisser le gîte comme on l'a trouvé.Poubelles vidées,table netttoyee,et plaque de cuisson propre.Cordialement

Trésor Gite le Bocage
Nous avons passé des superbes vacances au gite "le Bocage". Superbe accueil, des propriétaires très aimables et serviables. Gite bien aménagé, belle terrasse et très grand jardin avec vergé notre setter anglais a apprécié. Gite très proche du lac de Der et ces commerces tout peut se faire à pied. Nous y retournerons, encore un grand MERCI aux propriétaires.
