L' Annexe

L'Appartement L'Annexe is located in the commune of DIZY, 3km from Epernay and Hautvillers (cradle of champagne). Damien and Élodie will welcome you to their estate, which includes 3 accommodations, a seminar room, a tasting cellar, a wine cellar and, on sunny days, an ephemeral bar.
This is the ideal place for a romantic or family getaway to discover the riches of our terroir: Vineyard, Museums and much more...

The apartment comprises a living room with lounge, dining area and kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed (160/200) and a single bed (90/190), a shower room (with washing machine) and a separate toilet.
A private terrace is also available.
For your convenience, bed linen (beds made on arrival), towels and utilities are included in the rental price.
Cleaning is compulsory at a cost of €50.
Champagne tasting and cellar tours are available on site (ask the owner for details).
A vehicle recharging point is available in the parking lot.
