La Petite Maison

In the middle of the Épernay, Reims and Châlons-en-Champagne triangle, we welcome you to the gateway to the Montagne de Reims. Our gîte is located in Condé-sur-Marne, a village bordered by the Aisne-Marne canal and the Marne river. The village's location allows you to discover the many facets of our department (vineyards, architecture, history, museums, etc.).

Our gîte is a detached house located in a small alley. It has private parking and a fully enclosed garden (surrounding wall). On the first floor, you'll find an entrance hall leading on one side to a separate toilet and a shower room with washing machine, and on the other side to the living room (with 2-person sofa bed), dining room and kitchen.
Upstairs, a landing with a reading area leads to the first bedroom, with a single bed (90x190), and the second, with a double bed (140x190).
An extra bed is available on request.
Small pets only accepted at an extra charge of €3 per day.
The rental price includes utilities (heating and electricity).
Sheets, towels and cleaning charges are extra.
