In the middle of the Épernay, Reims and Châlons-en-Champagne triangle, we welcome you to the gateway to the Montagne de Reims. Our gîte is located in Condé-sur-Marne, a village bordered by the Aisne-Marne canal and the Marne river. The village's location allows you to discover the many facets of our department (vineyards, architecture, history, museums, etc.).
Our gîte is a detached house located in a small alley. It has private parking and a fully enclosed garden (surrounding wall). On the first floor, you'll find an entrance hall leading on one side to a separate toilet and a shower room with washing machine, and on the other side to the living room (with 2-person sofa bed), dining room and kitchen.
Upstairs, a landing with a reading area leads to the first bedroom, with a single bed (90x190), and the second, with a double bed (140x190).
An extra bed is available on request.
Small pets only accepted at an extra charge of €3 per day.
The rental price includes utilities (heating and electricity).
Sheets, towels and cleaning charges are extra.

Mimi 28 La petite maison
Gîte situé dans un petit village sans commerces, proches d'autres villages disposant des magasins principaux. Village à quelques encablures des vignobles, à 20 km de Epernay et de Châlons sur Marne. Notre séjour s'est parfaitement déroulé, la propriétaire habitant près du gîte en cas de souci.Gite à découvrir car ouvert récemment aux particuliers.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Madame FORTE! C'est la deuxième fois que nous venons dans son gîte. "La petite maison" a tout d'une grande. Il y a de l'espace dans toutes les pièces. Au dessus de la petite cour où la voiture peut être garée il y a un jardin agréable et paysagé qui invite au repos (chaises longues).
