Gîte nature La Gasse

Located on the heights of Lapoutroie, at an altitude of 650 meters, the Girardin family property is an old mountain farm dating back to 1814, renovated by the owner and whose northeast wing houses the self-catering cottage. This gîte has been awarded the "Panda" label.
It has its own private access and terrace. An awning can be used to store equipment (bikes, skis, etc.). Garden furniture, barbecue and children's swing available. On the first floor, there's a fully-equipped kitchen (gas stove, fridge, washing machine), a dining room, a sitting area with a 3-seater sofa and two armchairs.
Upstairs are two separate bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with three single beds), a bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet. The gîte is centrally heated with wood pellets. Hot water is supplied by a solar water heater. Electricity supplied by the photovoltaic panels on the roof covers three quarters of the average annual needs of the house (owners' apartment, gîte and chambre d'hôte). Blankets or comforters are provided for each bed. Sheets, comforter covers, pillowcases and towels are not provided. If necessary, we can provide them. The gîte does not have television, as we do. However, Agnès can advise you on the choice of board games to borrow from the 300 we have at home. Game observatory 200m away.
