Illhaeusern, a former fishing village, is located 15 kilometers from Colmar, 13 kilometers from Riquewihr, 60 kilometers from Strasbourg and 19 kilometers from Germany. It's a pleasant, easy-to-reach location, ideal for a wide range of excursions.
From the village, you can cross the Ried and the Illwald forest (nature reserve) in a Canadian canoe or kayak, or hike around the village.
Véronique and Gérard's gîte, which opened in 2020, is fully equipped and can accommodate 5 people. It also features enhanced accessibility with a ramp to the outside, large open rooms and a bathroom with walk-in shower. The entrance hall leads to the bright, spacious living room, featuring a sitting area and open-plan kitchen. This is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, freezer, coffee machine, utensils etc... For the sleeping area, 3 separate bedrooms, 2 double bedrooms with large closets and twin 100*200cm beds. The third bedroom is single, with a 100*200cm bed and a desk. The spacious bathroom has a walk-in shower, washing machine and separate WC. Access to the terrace is via a French window from the living room, and a shaded relaxation area has been laid out in the private courtyard. There's also a carport for your vehicles.

Amatxi Appartement très agréable,
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, sous un temps mitigé. La maison est très agréable et bien aménagée. Par contre pas d’entretien à l’extérieur, dommage ! Le salon de jardin plein de poussière.

David Top et rien à redire
Gîte parfait pour découvrir le cœur de l'Alsace et de ses plus beaux villages. N'oubliez pas également qu il se situe à 35 minutes de l Europa-Park qui vaut largement le voyage ! Gîte impeccable, spacieux, super propre et très fonctionnel. Tout y est. Rien à redire si ce n est que ce gîte est fortement à conseiller sans oublier la sympathie de la propriétaire. Encore merci👍👍👍

Christine Le gîte est très confortable et le village sympa belles balades autour du gîte
Visite des marchés de Noël et découverte de la région, très belle vue du château du Haut koenigsbourg. Les décorations de Noël dans les villages étaient féeriques
