Spacious two-story holiday cottage with 4 bedrooms in a semi-detached house adjacent to the owner’s home (separate entrance). On the ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen with all modern conveniences, a living room with TV, dining room, 1 bathroom with a shower, toilet, vanity unit, and a hybrid towel-drying radiator, and 1 large bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a second private bathroom with a toilet and vanity unit. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms: 2 double beds (2x140x190) and 1 single bed (90x190). Parking, private courtyard, green space, patio furniture, barbecue, private pool shared with the owner (7.50 m x 4.10 m, open from April to September; covered but unheated). Mountain bikes available free of charge upon request. Gas heating.
Air conditioning in the living room and in the two upstairs bedrooms.

Xavier Moment de repos agréable
Un moment agréable en Alsace, un logement avec un mélange de moderne et d'anciens qui est agréable,une literie confortable, nous ne pouvons pas évaluer la piscine, faute de temps et de conditions météorologiques, propriétaire sympathique et discret. Je recommande si vous cherchez du calme.

yannick Gîte correspondant parfaitement au descriptif et aux photos. Séjour en famille avec 4 enfants
Propriétaire discret, disponible et réactif à toutes les demandes, aucune restriction d'accès au jardin et à la piscine, piscine entretenue et nettoyée plusieurs fois pendant le séjour. Nous avons passé un séjour reposant et sans le moindre point négatif.
