On the ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen with all modern conveniences, a living room with TV, dining room, 1 bathroom with a shower, toilet, vanity unit, and a hybrid towel-drying radiator, and 1 large bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a second private bathroom with a toilet and vanity unit. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms: 2 double beds (2x140x190) and 1 single bed (90x190). Parking, private courtyard, green space, patio furniture, barbecue, private pool shared with the owner (7.50 m x 4.10 m, open from April to September; covered but unheated). Mountain bikes available free of charge upon request. Gas heating.
