Built over a garage and adjoining the owners' house, this studio is located in the former attic of the farmhouse, now carefully renovated to provide a comfortable space. It comprises a fully-equipped kitchen (mini combi oven) opening onto the living and dining area, with large bay windows. A few steps lead down to the bedroom (bed 160x200). The bathroom has a walk-in shower, washbasin and WC. You can enjoy your coffee on the south-facing balcony or in the owner's courtyard, where you'll find private garden furniture and a plancha. Parking is on the street. Access to the studio is via a staircase. A mobile air conditioner is at your disposal in the living room, as well as a fan for summer use.
