Built over a garage and adjoining the owners' house, this studio is located in the former attic of the farmhouse, now carefully renovated to provide a comfortable space. It comprises a fully-equipped kitchen (mini combi oven) opening onto the living and dining area, with large bay windows. A few steps lead down to the bedroom (bed 160x200). The bathroom has a walk-in shower, washbasin and WC. You can enjoy your coffee on the south-facing balcony or in the owner's courtyard, where you'll find private garden furniture and a plancha. Parking is on the street. Access to the studio is via a staircase. A mobile air conditioner is at your disposal in the living room, as well as a fan for summer use.

Melaine Petit logement très agréable en Alsace
Accueil très agréable, petit logement au calme et au cœur du village avec la possibilité de faire de belles petites balades en ville et autours avec des sentiers dédiés. Climatisation et ventilateur à disposition pour la chaleur, tout équipé frigo, four, cafetière, lave vaisselle. Beaucoup de place à disposition pour pouvoir ranger les vêtements, petite terrasse et logement très lumineux. Possibilité de se garer dans la rue (plusieurs places disponibles).

Jolie petit appartement ou on peut vraiment bien se reposer!
La propriétaire qui habite dans la maison à côté est très sympa!
On revient!Le domicile et près du parking P&R de Hoenheim (8 minutes) ou on paye 4,20€ pour le ticket qui inclus le transport de toute la famille (maximum 7 personnes) avec tram es bus pendant toute la journée.
