Le Gipsberg 1

Welcome to this self-catering cottage located opposite the Canal de la Marne au Rhin, the Euro Vélo Route 15 and the towpath that runs alongside the Marne-au-Rhin canal, between the towns of Strasbourg and Saverne. Take advantage of the cycling and walking trails that stretch along the banks of the canal. This gîte is an invitation to relax and discover, ideally nestled at the foot of the Gipsberg hill, just 25km from Strasbourg, 18km from Saverne, 20km from Haguenau and 13km from Kirwiller.

On the first floor are 3 bedrooms: CH3 with a double bed, CH2 with two single beds, and CH1 with two single beds, plus a bathroom + shower with WC.

On the 1st floor, you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen, living room and dining room. An additional toilet makes daily life easier.
On the 2nd floor is a 4th bedroom (with 2 single beds).
Central heating is included; on the second level there are additional electric convectors (8KWh/Electricity per day).

A playground is available for your children, as well as a ping-pong table and a swing set.
On sunny days, you can enjoy the furnished terrace with garden furniture.
The parking lot and garage are convenient and safe.

From the gîte, set off on a bucolic walk to the summit of the Gipsberg, from where you can gaze at Strasbourg's majestic cathedral in the distance.
Your children will be able to play safely in the enclosed courtyard, offering a space dedicated to their adventures.

Cycling enthusiasts will be delighted by the cycle paths along the canal, directly in front of the gîte.
The "Cheval Mon Ami" equestrian center is just a kilometer away in the village.

If you're traveling in a group, the spacious courtyard provides easy parking for up to three cars, in addition to the garage. You can also safely store your electric bikes in the garage.

There is also a gîte for two people on the estate.
