Renovated, detached, half-timbered Alsatian house dating from the 18th century. Located on a farm in Mutzenhouse - 35km north of Strasbourg and 20km from Haguenau. 5 min from the A4 freeway.

On the first floor of the house, you'll find the living room, a spacious kitchen with dining area, a bathroom (bath + shower) and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms, two with double beds and the third with two single beds.
A bathroom with toilet is also accessible on this floor. For your comfort, all beds are 2 meters long, and a cooler is available on the first floor in summer.
Private parking in the enclosed courtyard, Heating included.
Outside, you can enjoy a private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Charging station for all brands of electric vehicle (type 2, 7.5 kw) - vehicle charging extra (current EDF rate).
Playground (pétanque, basketball, soccer, etc.) in the village. Cycle path along the Marne-Rhine canal, 1 km from the Holiday cottage.

Clo5962 Séjour très agréable dans ce gîte accueillant, mêlant tradition et modernité.
Isabelle et Richard nous ont accueilli avec gentillesse et cordialité (merci pour ce qui était à rafraîchir au réfrigérateur).
Le gîte, correspondant tout à fait à la description, nous a permis de passer un bon séjour, sa position géographique étant un plus.
Malgré une météo peu favorable, nous avons pu visiter certains sites incontournables d'Alsace, belle Région qui mériterai un séjour plus approfondi.
Isabelle et Richard, discrets, sont cependant à l'écoute de leurs hôtes, à qui ils distillent conseils et recommandations pour rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible. Merci.- Cleanliness
